- These Terms of Service ('Regulations') govern the use of the website located at sterlingassociates.be ('Platform') and the general conditions for services provided by Sterling & Associates SPRL. Use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of these Regulations.

§ 3. Type and Scope of Services Provided
- The Platform enables Users to browse information about the scope of professional services offered, including M&A advisory, investment attraction, and legal consulting for FinTech companies. The detailed scope of any engagement is defined in a separate client agreement.
- Users can submit inquiries through the contact form available on the Platform. Submission of an inquiry does not constitute the establishment of a client relationship. A formal engagement begins only after signing a service agreement.
- The Platform may contain case studies, articles, and other content for informational purposes only. Sterling & Associates does not guarantee the timeliness or accuracy of all information and is not liable for any actions taken based on it.
- Sterling & Associates reserves the right to modify the content and functionality of the Platform at any time without prior notice to the Users.
§ 4. Technical Requirements
- Proper use of the Platform requires a device with internet access and a modern web browser (e.g., Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) with JavaScript and cookies enabled. The Platform is responsive and designed for various screen resolutions.
- The Service Provider is not responsible for any technical problems or limitations in the User's equipment that prevent the proper use of the Platform.
